Submitting Ads.
You can submit Ads by following the
options on the main page. It should be easily visible and contains a link stating,
"Submit Ads". If you still cannot find the location, please send
an email to our webmaster to put the link in a more obvious place.
Note: Please
DO NOT use Quotation Marks
" " anywhere in your message
text.
Our
software refuses the text you enter after the quotation marks.
Smilies/Icons
You may be able to insert smilies in your messages
by selecting and then clicking on a smilie on the "Submit Ads" form.
Using HTML
You
may be able to use HTML in your posts, however you must not use any html or scripting
technologies (ie. JavaScript) to deliberately destroy the formatting of the Ad
list.
JavaScript
This web site uses low level JavaScripts. It is designed
for browser compatibility however if javascript is not supported on your system,
don't worry since the web site should continue to happily function and you will
still be able to submit ads.
Editing Your Posts
Unfortunately due to security reasons, you will
not be able to edit any messages you post. However, if you feel you need to correct
your errors, just submit the Ad again and the admin will delete your old entry.
Searching
You can search and view the listed Ads of other visitors.
The system will search the name, age, country, hobbies and comment fields of entries matching
your requests.
Search Tips: If you would like to search by the
age, then you have to enter the ages one by one. Unfortunately, the Search
engine can not search the content such as 23-30.
e.g first you search 23.....then you search 24 ...next 25 & so on...
This will not give 100% accurate results, but at least reliable results.
If you are searching by country, please bear in mind that some people enter the
country name in shorten forms.
e.g Sri Lanka = SL, United Kingdom = UK
Therefore when you search by countries, please try both forms. |
