Canada opportunities
Aug 20th, 2004, 1:39pm

Hello,

I'm also looking to migrate to Canada. I'm bachelor of 39(!) yrs and employed in NGO sector as an executive. I do not have a degree but two local diplomas (Eng medium) + good english+a few yrs work experience. Based on this, could someone pls tell me about my prospects for migrating to Canada? Assuming my prospects are good, where & how should i start in Canada? I have no relatives/sponsors in Canada. Also, is it possible that i have better prospects elsewhere??

Friends who are already abroad Pls advise.
ThanX in advance...

Hay, Kajan54,
I have seen many south Indians go there and establish the whole family in Canada by overcoming all those problems. Their kids work too(Like delivering Newspapers)
What do you think about that?

Hello Kajan,

Appreciate your hard-nosed, down to earth feed back..THX !
Esp. pointing out abt. my poor English, which made me curiouser as to your idea of Good English. I don't really think my Eng. is good (Granted!) but would like you to point me to some sample web sites that has the standard English in Canada (not the Canadian Newspaper sites) so that I get a quick idea of what you are REALLY trying to say.

Also, I do not have any illusions that Canada is an easy place to live...

I am encouraged---Keep writing!!

It looks like both of you don't  have a respect for other people or even to any country! Please try to understand the power of internet and think before you post!

Thanks
